CONSULTATION OPTIONS:

Initial Consultation + Nutrition Plan:

This option is for new clients & begins with our initial 45 minute consultation to help us understand your goals. We complete an assessment on your lifestyle, health & current diet to then customize a meal plan for your personal needs. The session is an online consultation can be completed via video call, email or phone call (please state your preference when selecting your order). Once we have completed this assessment you will then receive a complete tailored nutrition plan that is specific to your health goals along with recipes & instructions on how to prepare the meals, recommendations on lifestyle factors & supplementation recommendations (if required) all geared towards helping you have a better understanding of a balanced healthy lifestyle.

Initial Couples Consultation + Nutrition Plans:

This option is for new clients who wish to begin their journey together as a couple, at a reduced price. It begins with our initial 45 minute consultation to help us understand each of your goals as individuals & as a couple. We complete an assessment on both of your lifestyles, health & current diet in order to then customize a meal plan for your personal needs. The session is an online consultation can be completed via video call, email or phone call (please state your preference when selecting your order). Once we have completed this assessment you will then receive a complete tailored nutrition plan that is specific to each of your health goals along with recipes & instructions on how to prepare the meals, recommendations on lifestyle factors & supplementation recommendations (if required) all geared towards helping you have a better understanding of a balanced healthy lifestyle.

Follow Up Consultation:

Our follow up consultation is a 30 minute online session where we will track your progress & modify your nutrition plan in areas if required. We can discuss any lifestyle issues that may be affecting your success & make changes accordingly.

Follow Up Couples Consultation:

This is a 45 minute follow up consultation for couples that takes place in an online session. We will track both of your progress & modify your nutrition plans in areas if required. We can discuss any lifestyle issues that may be affecting each of your progress & make changes accordingly.

This option combines our Initial Consultation + Nutrition Plan with x2 30 minute Follow Up sessions (to be spaced apart or as close as you prefer). This is a great way to save money & reduce the total cost while also including 2 Follow Up Consultations where we can track your progress & modify your nutrition plan in areas if required. We can discuss any lifestyle issues that may be affecting your progress & make changes accordingly.
