In using this website and purchasing our products & services, you are in full legal agreement with the terms and conditions mentioned at the time of use. If you have any questions, please contact us for clarification before proceeding with any purchases so as to ensure your shopping experience is a pleasant one. We reserve the right to amend these terms of conditions at any time. We therefore suggest that returning customers check for updates prior to each purchase as the terms and conditions applicable at the time of purchase will prevail.

Intellectual Property & Copyright

All website content and the products/services supplied to customers remain the sole property of Ventura Nutrition. Unauthorised use or attempts to copy, replicate or use this content in any way is illegal will be considered as Fraud. There will be no hesitation in pursuing legal action against such fraudulent parties and we will seek to recover all associated costs from doing so with those parties. Website content includes, but is not limited to: training programs, meal plans, blog articles, images, videos and video content.

Product/Service Use

The website’s content is not a substitute for direct, personal, professional medical care and diagnosis. None of the diet plans or exercises (including products and services) mentioned at www.venuranutrtition.co.nz and/or from Ventura Nutrition should be performed or otherwise used without clearance from your physician or healthcare provider. The information contained within is not intended to provide specific physical or mental health advice, or any other advice whatsoever, for any individual or company and should not be relied upon in that regard. We are not medical professionals and nothing on this website should be misconstrued to mean otherwise. There may be risks associated with participating in activities mentioned on www.venturanutrition.co.nz for people in poor health or with pre-existing physical or mental health conditions. Because these risks exist, you will not participate in such diet plans if you are in poor health or have a pre existing mental or physical condition. If you choose to participate in these risks, you do so of your own free will and accord, knowingly and voluntarily assuming all risks associated with such dietary activities. Such risks may also exist for those currently in good health. When participating in any program supplied by Ventura Nutrition, the participant fully assumes all risks from Ventura Nutrition and release Ventura Nutrition from all legal liability. Member’s agree and understand that exercise programs by their nature carry a risk of injury and bodily harm and agree and understand that if they are unsure they should consult a local personal trainer or review videos online in order to best understand how to execute the correct form for each and every exercise. This will greatly reduce the risk of injury, but as with any exercise program, the risk of injury can never be totally eliminated. Services supplied by Ventura Nutrition are designed to be challenging, in order to assist in your body’s transformation in composition. An important component of the training program is lifting heavy weights. Such activity is inherently risky, especially if done with poor technique. Poor technique can lead to experiencing muscle tears, pulls, sprains, dislocations, or other undesirable health consequences. Users assume all risks inherent with microwave cooking. Products/Services offered by Ventura Nutrition are no substitute for medical advice. Products/Services are used at your own risk and Ventura Nutrition will not be responsible for any injuries, health problems or even death experienced as a result of their use. You must consult a certified doctor before beginning any meal plan or training programme.

Results

While our products/services are intended to be fully implemented, and we work hard to ensure it’s easy to do so, the typical user of virtually all education products treats them in much the same way they treat a book. The vast majority read or skim through it once, then do not implement the program or take any action based on it. The results of such education are intangible, and not measured in fat loss, muscle gain, abdominal definition, or other positive results of any kind. And even when consumers implement our product in full, it is possible that they will not report fat loss, muscle gain, abdominal definition, or other positive results. Fat loss, muscle gain, abdominal definition, or any positive results of any kind should be treated as a goal but not guaranteed. Consumers should not assume they will experience results. It is entirely possible you will gain fat, lose muscle, lose abdominal definition, or experience other outcomes as a result of advice given.

Payment

All payments on Venturanutrition.co.nz are made using highly reputable and internationally recognised payment gateways; Paystation & eGate. Ventura Nutrition does not have access to any customer credit card information. Customers are encouraged to make themselves familiar with and agree to the terms of use of the Payment Gateway they choose to use. Payment for all purchases are made in New Zealand dollars (NZD). Currency conversion on the website uses a secure 3D third party plugin that converts prices based on recent exchange rates. These cannot be taken as final prices and are only provided to assist visitors. Should any local taxes or duties be imposed, these will be the responsibility of the customer.

Cancellation

Members are responsible for their personal account and its cancellation. Account cancellation can be done by the account holder online in the ‘my account’ area. Once deleted this account is presumed irretrievable and cannot be recovered. Ventura Nutrition reserves the right to refuse services and terminate any member account for any reason, at any time. Such account termination will result in the removal of your account and/or your access to your account.

 

Refunds

Products and Services are billed in the final stage of the checkout process and are non-refundable. Customers are therefore advised to ask any questions before purchasing products, however Ventura Nutrition will provide all members with post purchase support where possible. All customers will be treated equally and therefore no exceptions of these terms will be made. For special circumstances please email us and we will be happy to discuss options.
