Is it safe to use my credit card on your site? 

We do not store your credit card information after your order is complete. Rest assured, that your credit card and bank account information is secure every time you make an order. We process credit card and direct debit payments (other than Afterpay and Laybuy) through PayStation; a PCI-DSS compliance payment solution.

How do I know it's safe to shop with you?

Ventura Nutrition respects the use of your personal details and your privacy will be protected with the strictest confidence. Ventura Nutrition will not sell nor allow any third parties any access to your information without your approval. All customer information is intended for internal use only and will not be disclosed to any third party or organization.

Within this site, customers may be asked to give personal information. Ventura Nutrition asks for information that is necessary to process orders and to fulfil its obligations under the website terms. Ventura Nutrition may also use the customer's information for future marketing. If the customer does not wish his or her details to be used for this purpose, the customer will need to check the "opt out" box which can be maintained in the My Account area, or when initially signing up with Ventura Nutrition.

The customer is not obliged to provide Ventura Nutrition with this information, although failure to do so may result in Ventura Nutrition being unable to process the customer's order or provide the customer with future marketing information.

What if I have placed an order but have not received an order confirmation?

If you have placed an order and have not received an order confirmation within a few minutes, please firstly check your junk and promotional email folders.

If you still cannot locate your order confirmation and order number please contact us and let us know at info@venturanutrition.co.nz with the follow details;

The form of payment used (Credit card, Debit card, Afterpay, Laybuy etc.) and your email address

If you have paid by credit card, please let us know the last 4 digits of your credit card

If you have paid  by Afterpay or Laybuy, please let us the reference number you received from them

This information will help us to track down your order number.

 

What payment options do you offer?

We offer a range of different payment methods, available at checkout, including:

  • Mastercard
  • Debit Card

 

I need to change/cancel items on my order

Add items

Once you have placed your order online and payment has been processed we cannot charge you for any additional items you may want to add to your order. You will need to place an additional order for these items. If orders are placed within the timeframe before the order is dispatched, we will do our best to pack both order into the same parcel however we cannot guarantee this.

Swap items

If you would like to swap flavours for the same product ordered, we may be able to facilitate this on the previse that the flavour is in stock and you get in touch with us as soon as possible.

Cancel order

Unfortunately once an order is confirmed, we cannot cancel orders unless there is a genuine error at the time of purchase e.g. the same order was placed twice within minutes due to a technical glitch. Please contact us as soon as possible so we don't ship multiple orders to you.
