SUGGESTED USE
Take 2 capsules 2 times daily on an empty stomach (15 to 20 minutes before eating) with at least 10-12 oz of water and drink immediately. If you feel stomach discomfort reduce the dosage by half. Taking this product without enough water may cause constipation. Use Super Colon Cleanse about every 2 months and for no more than 14 days at a time.
