Standard free shipping via New Zealand Couriers:

Spend over $60 to qualify for free standard shipping! Orders under $60 are charged based on located between Auckland, North Island & South Island.

 

Estimated shipping times (excluding public holidays & sale periods):

During normal work hours, Monday-Friday once your order is dispatched:

• Auckland - overnight delivery
• North Island - 1-2 days
• South Island - 1-2 days (2 days for larger parcels)
• Rural addresses - will take longer than the above stated time frames

Neither New Zealand Couriers nor Ventura Nutrition is liable for parcels that are stolen, damaged or lost after delivery.

If you make a purchase during one of our sales or over holiday periods, firstly thank you! Please understand, due to high demand it is highly likely there will be dispatch delays of 2-3 working days + shipping time. Your patience & understanding is very much appreciated during these busy periods.
